The Diary of Anne Frank was produced as part of the Summer Studio series at Krannert Center for the Performing Arts. The design sought to focus the audience on central moments while keeping the entire space live at all times. This was done along with keeping the entire cast onstage at all times to play up the clastrophobic feel of hiding in the attic while still focusing on the specific moments moving the story along.
